This is the foundation of a well-balanced, highly functional space. After meeting in your home and doing a complete site assessment, we will get to work on creating a stunning plan for your space. This includes furniture & lighting layouts; drawn to scale, as well as an itemized list of furniture and lighting with appropriate sizes. This takes the guesswork out of the size of your sofa or will this table work in here?! Starting with a solid floor plan makes the decision making that much easier. We also take into consideration any existing heirlooms, collections, or furniture you are planning to keep.

The fun part! After careful consideration of your design concept we get to work finding the furniture, art, and decor to bring the project to life. We create a list of recommendations with sourcing + prices for your dream space. With all your final approvals or vetos we present a final plan for your interiors project.

Are you building a new home or remodeling? When the scope of your project extends to large scale construction- we work in tandem with your selected contractor and architect. In addition to providing Creative Direction, Space Planning + Decor services, we offer in person meetings with your electricians, plumbers, painters, and installers to make sure every detail is taken care of. As well as the most exciting part—the final installation, styling, and arrangement of your new space so you can be assured the styling and layouts are intentional and curated. We provide a service agreement ready for your review so you know exactly what to expect when working with our interior design firm.
